CO-VID 19 is shocking the world. Unprecedented measures are being taken to protect the health and well-being of the entire planet, but what can you do, in your own personal life to maintain a level of sanity?

The first thing, of course, is to follow the guidelines of health & safety that are already clearly laid out: hygiene & social distancing, providing support for loved ones and those in need etc. but just surviving is only the first part. There is a difference, after all, between surviving and “living” but how can you do this, in your own personal life?

Envision your future after this problem is solved. It may sound trivial, even silly, but seeing a life beyond the current circumstances is what will give you the ideas & energy to continue creating your life moving forward. You can’t control outer circumstances but you do have a say in how you think & feel while you’re taking care of the details.

The third thing you can do is to be adaptable. Humans have faced many crises throughout history, but we are wired to overcome, to find new meaning and dig deeper into ourselves to create new realities over and over again.
